PetaLinux SDK Zynq Edition

PetaLogix announces early access to the Zynq Edition of the PetaLinux SDK embedded Linux development suite

Xilinx Zynq is a natural platform for Embedded Linux, and PetaLogix continues its long support of an all-in-one Embedded Linux platform for Xilinx FPGA devices through the PetaLinux SDK Zynq Edition.

Using the same seamless flow that customers have come to expect in our tools for MicroBlaze and PPC440 processing platforms, PetaLinux SDK Zynq Edition delivers an easy to use, out-of-the-box experience to create embedded Linux platforms for the Xilinx Zynq family of devices, featuring the dual Cortex-A9 processor platform and embedded SoC IP.

PetaLogix are making the PetaLinux SDK Zynq Edition available on an early access basis to allow customers  to get started immediatly on their Zynq-based systems.

Included in PetaLinux SDK Zynq Edition is a virtual platform allowing developers to boot and test their Embedded Linux software platform before boards and hardware systems are available.
